# Significant Locations of the Rapp Family
There are several references that have been instrumental in locating the villages of my father, grandparents and

German Colonies in Volhynia Northwest of Zhytomyr, Ukraine 
: Area where Ewald and his parents were born

Area around Warsaw 
: Area where Ewald's grandparents, George Rapp and Marianna Kälbert were born and married

Area around Königsberg (Present day Kalingrad) 
: Area where Ewald grew up and married prior to draft into the Bundeswehr

Baden-Württemberg 
: Area where the family originated. Ewald's great-grandparents migrated to Warsaw from this area)
